For the last six weeks of the 2026 World Cup, every meeting between Keefe Murren, CfTC Senior Strategist, and Lina Srivastava, CfTC Founder, has begun with a chat about the latest match. The conversation then circles back to the same question: What does it mean to hold on to left politics and something like moral courage in the middle of a tournament that is as politically compromised as it is beautiful?
